Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide product counseling from design through launch for mobility app features
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with fleet operators, airports, and strategic partners
Finalize agreements already in progress and lead drafting of new agreements
Create new contract templates for Fleet partners and Fleet drivers (long-term template build project)
Attend bi-weekly sync meetings with business stakeholders to prioritize open items
Collaborate with compliance, regulatory, and public policy teams on risk management strategies
Develop playbooks and scalable contracting guidance
Serve as liaison to other in-house practice groups on commercial questions
Manage outside counsel on complex regulatory or consumer protection issues
