Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advice on product development and launches
Advise on complex product licensing agreements and partnership deals
Draft, review, and refine product-related policies and guidance
Conduct in-depth legal analysis on evolving technology, privacy, and digital product regulations
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and policy stakeholders
Support negotiations with major technology partners
